Shipping Policy – Custom Moto Graphics
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Red Earth Innovations, LLC, including custom moto graphics kits, decals, wraps, and related products.
Order Processing & Production Time
All products are custom made to order.

Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase or artwork approval

Production timelines may vary based on order volume, material availability, and customization complexity

Rush orders, when available, are processed on a best-effort basis only and are not guaranteed
Orders will not enter production until payment has been received and confirmed.
Shipping Methods
We ship using major carriers and may utilize drop-shipping from third-party suppliers when applicable.
Shipping method, carrier, and cost are determined at checkout or communicated at the time of order for custom quotes.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is not included by default.
Insurance may be added upon customer request prior to shipment and will be billed separately.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once the order ships, when available.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure delivery can be received.
Address Accuracy & Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Address changes are permitted any time prior to artwork approval

Once artwork is approved or production has begun, address changes cannot be guaranteed

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment
Shipping Delays
Red Earth Innovations, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers

Weather or natural events

Supply chain disruptions

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier, Red Earth Innovations, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are encouraged to ship to a secure delivery location.
Damaged Shipments
All orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Customers must retain all original packaging materials

Photos of the damage and packaging may be required to process a claim
Claims reported after installation, use, or the 24-hour window will not be accepted.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available at the seller’s discretion. Pickup location, timing, and instructions will be communicated directly to the customer when applicable.
