Refund policy

Refund & Returns Policy – Custom Moto Graphics

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, most moto graphics orders are final sale once production begins.


Custom Moto Graphics (Kits, Decals, Wraps)

All moto graphics are produced to order based on the customer’s selected bike model, year, trim, sizing, colors, and approved artwork.

Because of this:

  • Custom graphic kits, decals, and wraps are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Full graphics kits

    • Partial kits

    • Number plates

    • Decals

    • Wraps

    • Personalized names, numbers, or color selections


Design & Production Approval

By approving a digital proof or mockup (or by placing an order where no proof is requested):

  • You confirm that all artwork, colors, names, numbers, bike details, and layout are correct

  • We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer

  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued for approved designs


Refund Eligibility (Before Production Only)

Refunds may be granted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is submitted in writing

  • The request is made before design or production has begun

  • No materials have been ordered and no artwork has been started

Once design work, printing, cutting, or material sourcing has started, all sales are final.


Workmanship & Production Errors

If your order arrives with a clear manufacturing or workmanship defect, we will:

  • Replace or remake the affected item at no additional cost

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Installation errors

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused during installation

  • Incorrect bike information provided by the customer


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized graphics

  • Approved designs

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital files or downloadable products


Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)

If a non-custom item is eligible for return:

  • A Return Authorization (RA) is required before sending any items back

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.


Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not posted:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank for processing timelines

Shipping & Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend trackable shipping and insurance for returned items

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments
